The most recent letter was sent on October 15, 1992. This letter required <br /> you to remove boat lifts stored on the lake shore, file a home occupation license <br /> application and to produce documentation showing approval from Lake Minnetonka <br /> Conservation District for commercial use of your residential dock. As of this date, <br />, • these violations still exist. <br /> Your failure to resolve these issues leaves the City no altemative but to initiate legal <br /> proceedings. Action will be withheld until December 21, 1992. If by that time you <br />' have failed to comply, citations will be issued and the matter referred to the City <br />� Attomey for further legal action.
