On inspecting the property, I <br /> observed tal 1 weeds and grass and numerous boat lifts. The tall weeds <br /> and grass are in violation of Orono Municipa 1 Code Section 9.55, Subd. <br /> 1. The boat lifts are obviously not for your personal use and .are in <br /> storage as part of your business. Orono Municipal Code Section 10.20, <br /> Subd. 4 (C) prohibits use of residential property for commercial <br /> purposes except for very limited office type operations. <br /> This letter is to notify you of these violations and to require you to <br /> bring your property into compliance before October 21, Y992. If this <br /> deadline is not met, the City may initiate legal action.
