The City must ask for a copy of the lease agreement that you have with <br /> Mr. Terwilliger with the effectives dates of the lease agreement noted on the document. Please be <br /> advised that if the lease does not begin until the 1994 boating season, Mr. Terwilliger's boat must be <br /> stored off site. The only boat allowed on that property is one that either you own or specifically lease <br /> for the exclusive use of Crystal Bay Service. <br /> Once again, staff wants to thank you for taking�the time out of your busy schedule to meet with us so <br /> that we were able to review the special limitations on the commercial use of your property, recognized <br /> as a non-conforming use in that zoning district. It is imperative that you realize that staff will issue <br /> citations without warning if it is found that you continue to violate the well documented conditions of <br /> Resolution No. 1278, a copy of which was provided to you at our November 8th meeting. <br /> Your dock can never be used for the storage of boats or other commercial watercraft. The dock is <br /> expressly limited to the storage of your own boat for towing use. Boat repair is limited to those repairs <br /> that can be completed at the dock. Such repair use can never be expanded to the land side of your <br /> facility. <br /> It is also illegal for you to allow any vehicle stored at your service station to be used for habitation or <br /> overnight "stays". <br /> Please get back to me if you have any questions conceming the comments noted above.
