A copy of the conditional use permit resolution, Resolution#4126, issued <br /> July 27, 1998 is attached. <br /> The property is located in the LR-1C-1 zonin�district. The minimum lot size is .50 of an acre. Based on the property size <br /> a subdivision to create two (2) lots would not be approved as the code requires the creation of conforming lots.
