Perimeter erosion control measures should be installed by the Contractor and inspected by the City prior to any <br /> other work. Contractor should provide a minimum 24 hour notice prior to inspection. <br /> 2. Ditch checks or"J-hooks" should be incorporated into the siltfence proposed along the driveway to minimize <br /> potential for erosion as runoff follows the siltfence to the bottom of the slope near the driveway entrance. <br /> 3. Erosion control blanket should be installed on steep slopes after grading is complete. <br /> 4. Contractor must exercise care during construction to not block traffic on Kelly Avenue. Clear drive lanes must be <br /> maintained at all times. <br /> 5. A permit from Minnehaha Creek Watershed District should be required for their Erosion Control Rule.
