' as_. �-. .,' <br /> P. <br /> `- :�: . .; ..._ , :: ._ :..._ u1'k f'... ... . � - .- .. � _ _ _ _ _ <br /> � clt� o� oR,oNo <br /> RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCII�`'��, <br /> • NO. 2673 �����Y <br /> • - • • � <br /> � �'_ <br /> ����� � . <br /> �� �� `�: <br /> A R$SOLIITION APPROVING TH8 PLAT OF ���� �'�',,�';.� <br /> MO$LLffitS ADDITION ��p �"~�� <br /> FII.B NO. 1331 <br /> h1H$REAS, the City of Orono is a municipal corporation <br /> organized and existing under the laws of the State of Minnesota; <br /> and <br /> WH$R$AS, the City Council of the City of Orono has <br /> adopted subdivision regulations for the orderly, economic and <br /> safe development of land within the City; and <br /> WH$REAS, the City Council has considered the <br /> application for a plat by the Metropolitan Waste Control <br /> Commission, an agency of the Metropolitan Council (hereinafter <br /> "the subdivider"); and <br /> WH$R$AS, the intent of the subdivision is to create an <br /> outlot for a future pumping station, the remaining residential <br /> lot has been found to meet all of the standards of the LR-1C <br /> zoning district finding that it is of a size and configuration <br /> that would allow its continued use for single family residential <br /> use without the need of any variances; and <br /> WH$R$AS, the subdivider has completed all requirements <br /> of the platting regulations of the City, including: <br /> 1. Completion of all the requirements of Resolution #2512. <br /> , 2. Execution of a restrictive covenant to be filed against <br /> Outlot A limiting the use of the outlot for public utility <br /> purposes by the applicant. <br /> 3. Granting of an access easement to the applicant by the <br /> owner of Lot 1, Block 1, Moellers Addition. <br /> 4. Payment to the City f or the 1 ega 1 review and f i 1 ing of <br /> the plat, easements and covenants in the amount of $150.00. <br /> NOW, TgERSFORE, BB IT RESOLV$D that the City Council of <br /> the City of Orono hereby approves the plat of Moel lers Addition, <br /> Hennepin County, Minnesota, subject to the condition that the <br /> aforesaid plat shall be filed by the City of Orono with either <br /> the Hennepin County Recorder's Office or the Registrar of Titles' <br /> Office on or before February 14, 1990 together with a certified <br /> original copy of this resolution, easements and covenants noted <br /> above. <br /> Page 1 of 2 <br />
