That sewer line runs into a lift station at <br /> 3200 North Shore Drive. Because of the installation of the new <br /> lift station by Maxwell Bay Marina, the City of Orono can <br /> eliminate the lift station at 3200 North Shore Drive. In order <br /> to accomplish this, we will need to construct a new line that <br /> will flow in the opposite direction that it is now flowing. <br /> There are permanent easements on your property allowing that <br /> sewer line and lift station to be there. However in order to <br /> place a new sewer line, we will need temporary easements from <br /> you. <br /> A temporary easement allows us to place dirt, materials and <br /> equipment on your property during construction of the sewer line. <br /> Once the project is completed, we would restore the property to <br /> its original condition. Attached for your review and file is a <br /> plan of the project and a copy of the temporary easement needed <br /> to construct the prcject. We would hope to begin construction in <br /> February or March. <br /> Please call me upon receipt of this information so that we <br /> can schedule meetings with you.
