Your property <br /> seems to be well maintained with only two zoning code violations. One is storage of <br /> unlicensed/inoperable vehicles. City code requires that vehicles be licensed and operable when <br /> stored on a property. The other is the storage of the boat that has been parked there for many <br /> years. It is obviously beyond repair and is really an eyesore. City code prohibits boats over <br /> 20' in length from being stored on residential properties. <br /> Please bring your property into compliance before October 24, 1994.
