We are unable to complete this review for <br /> the following reasons: <br /> 1. The survey does not meet the minimum standards (see enclosed information <br /> sheet). In particular the survey should show the location and setbacks for the <br /> proposed deck and sunroom as well as the location and setback of the new roof <br /> over the existing dormers. (All new construction must meet a 10' side setback.) <br /> The elevation of the basement floor or crawl space floor must be noted. <br /> 2. Hardcover calculations are not provided. The ones in the file and nine years old <br /> so may not reflect existing conditions. Remind the surveyor to measure <br /> hardcover zones from the inlet at North Shore Marina. <br /> Building code review will not occur until after the zoning code review is completed.
