Permitted uses. <br /> Within the LR-1C-1 one-family lakeshore residential district, no land or structure shall be used <br /> except for one or more of the following uses: <br /> (1) One-family detached dwellings. <br /> (2) Publicly owned parks and playgrounds. <br /> (3) Municipal buildings. <br /> (4) Personal wireless service antennas and towers. <br /> (5) Nonrental guest apartments (no exterior ingress or egress). <br /> Sec. 78-367. Conditional uses. <br /> Within any LR-1C-1 one-family lakeshore residential district, no structure or land shall be used <br /> for the following uses without a conditional use permit: <br /> (1) Public schools and paxochial or private schools... <br /> (2) Uses accessory to a high school. The following uses are accessory to a high school use <br /> and require a separate conditional use permit...: <br /> (3) Churches, including those related structures... <br /> (4) Golf courses, country clubs, tennis clubs, public swimming pools serving more than one <br /> family, scout camps, YMCA camps, YWCA camps, church camps, or private nonprofit <br /> parks,playgrounds and other similar uses. <br /> (5) Public service structures, including but not limited to electric transmission lines... <br /> (6) Commercial greenhouses..... <br /> (7) Private gun clubs, archery ranges, and ski slides, provided the area is fenced and no part <br /> of the principal use is less than 150 feet from any lot line. <br /> (8) Guest houses and nonrental guest apartments. <br /> (9) Planned Residential Development, subject to the limitations of division 10 of this article. <br /> (10) Duplex credit. <br />
