North Shore Marina <br /> File #01-2667 (CUP to formalize use of all 72 dry-stack units) <br /> Issues: <br /> 1) Resolution of neighbor issues: <br /> - Fencing to eliminate people and dogs from trespassing <br /> - Cleanup and screen storage next to service building <br /> � - Clean up behind office, paint back of buildings <br /> . - Eliminate bell for gas dock, use some other method <br /> - Keep after customers about being rowdy at night <br /> 2) Address Planning Commission and neighbor concerns about impact of added dry <br /> stacking on a) vehicle traffic on area roads and b) the actual boating activity on <br /> Maxwell Bay (i.e. provide info on how the dry stacking has worked during 2001- <br /> 2002, daily& weekly activity level in terms of how many boats, customer cars, <br /> etc.). PC discussed a "phasing-in"period for use of a1172; we need to be upfront <br /> about how it's been used for the last 2 years. <br /> 3) Need to discuss City concerns re: <br /> a) Short stacking units along west lot line - how they are used, <br /> setbacks, etc. <br /> b) Reclamation of green space along perimeters and near the lake <br /> c) Stormwater management - pond, or? <br />
