<br /> WHEREAS, Larry Hork and Narth Shor Drive Marina, Inc. have reached .
<br /> an agreement with the City of Orono regardinq the construction of �
<br /> dry stack boat storage units at North Shore Drive Marina,
<br /> AND WHEREAS, the said agreement calls for the performance of
<br /> � various tasks and obligations by Larry Hork and North Shore Drive
<br /> Marina, Inc.
<br /> NOW, THEREFORE, Larry Hork agrees to file this irrevocable bond
<br /> with the City of Orom in order to provide the City with the necessary
<br /> security to reimburse the City for any expenses it may incur in
<br /> enforcing said agreement. The bond shall be forfeit and any amount
<br /> thereof shall be paid over to the City upon written demand by the
<br /> City to the bonding company specifying all costs of disassembly
<br /> including legal fees incurred in compelling disassembly of such units. r_..
