At all times during the period of this agreement, <br /> Hork shall at his expense maintain all required fencing in . , <br /> good repair and all the shrubbery as required by Paragraph 2 t ' <br /> in a live and healthy condition and shall replace immediately . <br /> , �ny foliage which is not in a live and healthy condition. � <br /> 9. As long as Hork complies with all of the conditions . '. <br /> , of this agreement, this agreement shall be in effect from the <br /> � date , of July 29, 1977, and shall automatically terminate upon , <br /> expiration of the marina license issued herewith, unless <br /> - ; extended in writing by the City and Hork, or unless Hork has <br /> submitted his application for his 1978 annual marina license <br /> in accordance with Chapter 73 of the Orono Municipal Code and - <br /> the City has not acted to deny the same.
