We discussed the foilowing: <br /> 1. Christmas tree sales are not al lowed in the B-2 Zoning <br /> District in which� the marina is located. <br /> 2. Temporary signs require permits. <br /> 3. The City cannot issue sign permits to advertise non- <br /> conforming uses in a zoning district. <br /> 4 . Temporary signs or any unpermitted signs will be <br /> removed and after 2 removals citations will be issued. <br /> 5. The Christmas tree sales operation must cease before <br /> December 23, 1991. <br /> 6. If you wish to have Christmas tree sales next year, <br /> contact Jeanne A. Mabusth, Building and Zoning <br /> Administrator or Michael P.
