� Builder Acknowledgement Form <br /> 3188 North Shore Drive /#2016-00213 & 2016-00215 <br /> Builder <br /> Permit Conditions Initials <br /> Prior to the start of framing, a foundation as-built survey must be submitted <br /> and approved by the City or a stop work order will be issued. <br /> Schedule a minimum of one hour for the framing inspection. <br /> Erosion control mechanisms must be installed and inspected by the City <br /> proper to any land disturbing activities. The contractor must provide a <br /> minimum of a 24 hour notice prior to inspection. <br /> Erosion control shall be installed and maintained throughout the entire <br /> project and must remain until vegetation has been established. <br /> No underground sewer within 20 feet of well. <br /> Prior to the issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy an as-built survey and <br /> hardcover calculations must be submitted and approved. <br /> In the event of winter or other unfavorable weather conditions (which <br /> prevent the completion of the exterior improvements and/or as-built <br /> survey) a Temporary Certificate of Occupancy(TCO) may be necessary.
