The plan does not meet city standards. Missing are: <br /> a. #6. Location and elevation of any structures on adjacent properties within 50'of lot lines. <br /> b. #8.All trees over 6" diameter within proposed disturbance area(s). <br /> c. #22.Slope of driveway in percent of grade. <br /> 2. Any changes or work being performed within the county right of way will require a right of way permit. <br /> 3. The erosion control measures should include a rock construction entrance. <br /> 4.
