I am providing an as-built survey and updated hardcover <br /> calculations. Both of these items were required prior to the release of my escrow funds. The hardcover <br /> calculations were prepared by Gronberg&Associates using both the city's previous(as permitted) <br /> hardcover rules as well as the cit�s updated hardcover rules. My property is compliant per both <br /> calculation methods. Now that my project is complete, I am requesting the return of all funds from the <br /> escrow account back to me.
