The fence corner nearest the roadway is approximately 25 �eet from <br /> the center of the road. Hennepin Caunty policy does not permit private structures af any <br /> kind to be constructed in county right-of-way. <br /> Please be advised that this encroacl�ment exists and the fence must be located wholly off of <br /> county right-of-way at your expense.
