The only information we know is that they are creating a "water feature". <br /> Their contractor has advised that no permits are required for what they plan. Mandels and their predecessors <br /> have created encroachments in the past and then claimed ownership based on adverse possession. <br /> Consequently, we want to make sure that all improvements are entirely on the Mandel parcel. <br /> As of yesterday, it looked like the improvement was being placed about four feet from the property boundary. <br /> But today, they have started over and have apparently now moved the improvement to about a foot from where� <br /> we believe the boundary is located. Morrie has asked Mark Gronberg to mark the boundary line.
