The original intent of the approved grading plan was to divert runoff around 3155 North Shore Drive. The <br /> northeast corner of the lot has not been graded according to the approved plan, which allows runoff from the <br /> driveway to flow onto 3155 North Shore Drive. The northeast corner of the lot should be graded to meet the <br /> intent of the approved plan. <br /> 3.
