Please have your surveyor provide the requested information and resubmit. <br /> 1. The berm that has been constructed adjacent to 3155 North Shore Drive is not shown. <br /> 2. The original intent of the approved grading plan was to divert runoff around 3155 North Shore Drive. The <br /> northeast corner of the lot has not been graded according to the approved plan, which allows runoff from the <br /> driveway to flow onto 3155 North Shore Drive. The northeast corner of the lot should be graded to meet the <br /> intent of the approved plan. <br /> 3.
