LAKE MINNETONKA CONSERVATION DISTRICT <br /> Resolution No. 53 <br /> Page 2 ' . <br /> t,�:T:`��r� � <br /> a greater number of boats or watercraft than are ' <br /> authorized under this Code or for a greater <br /> number of boats or watercraft than are licensed <br /> if a license for the dock is required under this <br /> Code. <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS the elevation of the Lake during the winter season has been <br /> below elevation 929.4 feet, N.G.V.D. , 1929, with little or no expected <br /> spring runoff; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Lake Minnetonka Conservation <br /> District Board of Directors that: <br /> 1. On this April 1, 1987 the level of Lake Minnetonka stands at <br /> elevation 928.37 feet, N.G.V.D. , 1929, as observed and reported <br /> by the Minnehaha Creek Watershed District, 1.03 feet below <br /> elevation 929.4 feet. <br /> 2. The Executive Director of the LMCD is hereby authorized to issue <br /> temporary seasonal dock extension permits under the provisions <br /> of LMCD Code §3.02, Subdivision 2(c). (§2.01, Subd. 2(d) recodified] <br /> 3.
