This included an adjusted <br /> dock use area and dock length variance for the Pacovsky site; an adjusted dock use area,dock length, and <br /> side setback variance for the Hendrickson/Windenburg site; and a dock length variance for the Finney site. <br /> He believed that the applicants at these sites generally supported the proposal, noting that there would be a <br /> need to remedy the water surface area lost in front of the abutting property to the east of the Pacovsky site, <br /> Paul Blomberg. He recommended that the Board decide on dock use areas for the applicants and to direct <br /> them to update survey work to include the dock use areas at an upcoming Board Meeting. In addition to the <br /> applicants, testimony was received from Paul Blomberg and Mike Wallace. <br /> Chair Foster directed LeFevere to prepare Findings of Fact and Order for approval of these variance <br /> applications, with the applicants to update the survey work to accompany these Findings. <br />
