Chapter I, Section 1.02 states <br /> the defnitions of terms used in the Code. The term "Dock"is defined in Subdivision 15 as <br /> follows: <br /> "Dock"meazis any wharf, pier, or other structure or combination of <br /> wharves, piers, or other structure constructed or maintained in the Lake, <br /> wliether floating or not, including ail "Is""Ts"or posts wh:ch may be a <br /> part thereof, whether affixed or adjacent to the principal structure. <br /> Based on the description you have provided, your dock meets this definition. <br /> The definitions also include in Subdivision 28 "Multiple dock or mooring area", <br /> which means: <br /> Any dock or mooring area constructed or maintained for the storage of five <br /> or more restricted water craft, other than commercial docks. <br /> This is a broad definition that could be interpreted to include your shared dock at which <br /> you are currently storing five watercraft. <br /> . The term "watercraft"is also defined, and does appeaz to include jet skies, as <br /> Subdivision 59 defines it to mean: <br /> Any vessel, boat, canoe, .raft, barge, sail board, or any similar device used <br /> or useable for canying and transporting persons on the lake. <br /> Wifih respect to t�e quest�o i of the number of watercraft that can be stored <br /> at your dock,provisions of the Code that should be considered in your <br /> circumstance with a shared dock include Subd. 3 b) and c) of Section 2.01. This <br /> section is entitled "Authorized Dock Use Area." <br /> The general language of Subdivision 3 sta.tes as follows: <br /> Subd. 3—Setback Adjustments and Common Use of Adjacent <br /> Dock Use Areas.
