� <br /> i <br /> B. If the dock at the subject property is located as a single common dock with the owners <br /> of the Blomberg Property, it shall be subject to the following conditions: <br /> l. Dock shall be constructed in strict accordance with the dock plan attached <br /> hereto as Attachment One and hereby made a part of this Order. <br /> 2. No more than four restricted watercraft as defined in the LMCD Code and <br /> no more than two canopies shall be stored beyond 100 feet from the <br /> shoreline at elevation 929.4 NGVD. <br /> 3. No more than the total combined number of restricted watercraft allowed <br /> at the two properties shall be stored at the common facility.
