Mr. Lauer wants the building to be as far forward as <br /> possible. <br /> 13 . Mr. Becker wants the building as far to the rear as <br /> possible . <br /> a) Building the Rhode house in the carriage house <br /> location suggested by Becker would. cause the Rhode <br /> house to be located farther from the lakeshore <br /> than is the Becker house. <br /> b} The Rhode view of the lake might be obstructed by <br /> the Becker house if he were required to build <br /> behind line D-D, and would be obstructed if he were <br /> required to build in the carriage house location. ' <br /> 14 . The plan presented for approval at the July 21, 1980 <br /> meeting contains 5 , 520 s. f. of building, driveway, <br /> sidewalk and deck "hardcover" within the lot, which <br /> hardcover is 636 s . f. more than the maximum 250 <br /> (4 , 884 s. f . j permitted in an area located between <br /> 75 ft. and 250 ft. from the shoreline. <br /> a) This is a variance of 3% from the ordinance requirements <br /> of Section 34 . 202 . <br /> PAGE S OF �-3 . . <br />
