Clean fill. <br /> (a) Clean fill shall be all native soils as described in the Unified Soils Classification System. <br /> Organic, manmade and reprocessed materials, topsoil and rocks larger than 0.25 cubic yard <br /> (2.9 feet dim.) shall not be considered clean fill. <br /> (b) Land alterations involving filling and grading activities, whether requiring permits or not, shall <br /> be performed with clean fill only, as described in subsection (a) of this section. <br /> (Code 1984, § 12.09) <br /> Secs. 86-6-86-35.
