In the event the Burdoned Property, or any part thereof, is taken for a <br /> public road by any gublic authority, or shall otherwise be taken pursuant to eminent domain <br /> proceedings, no compensation paid by such public body shall inure to the benefit of the Owvers <br /> of the Benefited Property by reason of ihcir being a grantce of thc respcctive casemcnts granted <br /> herein. <br /> D.
