The survey accurately depicts conditions on the ground.
2. The site is stabilized to the point the any remaining erosion control can be removed.
3. The Drainage pattern of the home does not direct surface water onto the neighboring property.
Adam
From:Christine Mattson
Sent:Thursday,September 22, 2016 3:27 PM
To:Adam Edwards<aedwards@ci.orono.mn.us>
Cc: Melanie Curtis<MCurtis@ci.orono.mn.us>
Subject: RE:4009 North Shore Drive/#2015-00814
Adam,
We received a revised as-built survey for 4009 North Shore Drive. The house is labeled proposed". That label should be removed if the house is now complete.
2. The as-built depicts numerous retaining wall that were not on the approved plan. That said the majority of the
walls appear to comply with city standards. The wall next to the drive way is within the County ROW and must
be approved by the county. A copy of the permit or other correspondence from county officials should be
provided to the city prior to approving this as-built.
3. The approved plan called for the establishment of a drainage pattern on both the east and west side of the
property which ensured runoff was not directed onto the neighboring property. The contours depicted on the
east side of the home appear to direct run off onto the property to the east. If a mechanism other that a swale
1
