Asbestos survey <br /> 4006 North Shore Dr. <br /> Orono, MN <br /> March 9, 2015 <br /> Chris Scherber <br /> 11414 Valley Dr. <br /> Rogers,MN 55374 <br /> Re: Asbestos survey of the residence at 4006 North Shore Dr. in Orono, MN. <br /> We were called by Curtis Scherber to do an asbestos survey of the residence prior to <br /> demolition. We removed bulk samples of suspect asbestos from the house. <br /> The flooring was wood; the insulation in walls and attic were all fiberglass <br /> The basement was concrete with block walls,wood construction. The appliances: <br /> washer,dryer water heater,thermostats,fire alarms must be removed prior to <br /> demolition. <br /> Suspect samples were taken of the formica,window glazings,wall plaster, stucco, <br /> Spray texture, linoleum and Floor tile mastic. <br /> Asbestos results: <br /> 1. The 400 sq.ft of floor tile and mastic from the living room floor. <br /> 2. The kitchen sink bottom. <br /> The asbestos must be removed prior to demolition. <br /> Thank you for the work.
