NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of Orono, Minnesota hereby denies the requested conditional use permit as described above based on one or more of the following findings of fact concerning this property: The applicant has not resolved all concerns of the City Council relative to application #13-3606 and has not asked to be placed on an upcoming City Council agenda for further review and consideration. 2. The statutory review period for application #13-3606 expires on October 15, 2017 and the CUP amendment application would be automatically approved if the City Council does not take an action on or before that date. 3. The City Council finds that the conditions established in Municipal Zoning Code Section 78-916 for the granting of conditional use permits have not been satisfied with
