The applicant went through the <br /> City's variance process due to a portion of the proposed addition is within 75'of the OHWL and forward of the average <br /> lakeshore setback. <br /> The builder said he spoke with someone at the MCWD stating the project doesn't trigger your permitting requirements, <br /> but never received anything in writing. 1 would assume the size of the project doesn't trigger your permitting <br /> requirements, but I wanted to make sure since it was within 75'of the OHWL there isn't something we are <br /> missing.
