September 30,2004 <br /> B.Butzer <br /> 2625 North Shore Drive <br /> Wayzata,MN 55391 <br /> Aulik Associates,Inc <br /> Roger Peterson <br /> 6401 Wayzata Blvd. <br /> St.Louis Park,MN 55426 <br /> RE: MCWD Permit Application No.04-201,3118 West Lake Street,Tryg's <br /> Dear Applicant: <br /> The comment period for the above mentioned permit application will conclud as of October 7, <br /> 2004.The Minnehaha Creek Watershed District has determined the above mentioned permit <br /> application to be complete therefore the application is approved with the following conditions: <br /> • Reimbursement of mailing costs in the amount of$7.88 <br /> • Reimbursement of Rule J fees in the amount of$$105.90 <br /> • Submit a declaration for preservation of the wetland buffer which must be executed and <br /> recorded <br /> Due to the size and complexity of certain projects,the Boazd,by Rule J,requires that site <br /> inspections be conducted.In these cases,the applicant is required to pay to the District,a fee equal <br /> to the actual costs of analysis of the project,field inspection,engineering services,legal services, <br /> and any subsequent monitoring of the work.These costs are referred to as Rule J fees. <br /> Once the above mentioned fees have been paid and all permit conditions have been met staff will <br /> issue the permit.This permit expires one year from the date of this letter.
