� <br /> SECTION 00007 � <br /> OWNER FURNISHED ITEMS AND OWNER'S OTHER CONTRACTORS � <br /> 1 - OWNER FURNISHED ITEMS - The following generally described Items shall be furnished <br /> by Owner and shall be receive, unloaded, stored and installed by Contractor: � <br /> • Appliances, consisting of Range, Range Hood, Refrigerator and Dishwasher <br /> • Garbage Disposal � <br /> • Decorative Pedestal Sinks with FauceULever Sets � <br /> • Decorative Water Closets <br /> • Multi-Spray Shower Heads � <br /> 2 - OWNER'S OTHER CONTRACTORS - The following generally described Trade Activities, � <br /> on a furnished and installed basis, shall be performed by Owner's other Contractors: <br /> • Kitchen Cabinet Cabinets and Countertops � <br /> • Guest Bath Linen Cabinet <br /> • Louver Shutters � <br /> • Carpet and Pad ' <br /> • Painting and Wall Coverings, Interior and Exterior <br /> • Security, Intercom and Audio Systems � <br /> 3 - COORDINATION AND SCHEDULING - The Contractor shall assist the Project Manager � <br /> with the coordination and scheduling of the hereinabove Items and Activities. <br /> When preparing its Progress Schedule, the Contractor shall contemplate the Kitchen Cabinets, , <br /> Countertops and Guest Bath Linen Cabinet wiii arrive at the Jobsite during the last week of <br /> October, 1997.
