I have researched Section 78 of the municipal code <br /> regarding the �Prohibition of Boat Slip Rental in Residential Zones� <br /> and I am asking you to look into a situation with our next door <br /> neighbors regarding violation of this code. <br /> The property in question is located at 3095 North Shore Drive. The <br /> owners have it for sale and do not reside there, nor does anyone <br /> else. However, there are 3 large boats that are moored at their <br /> docks, the last one arriving just this weekend with a Florida license. <br /> In addition, the property acts as a parking lot with the boat owners <br /> parking everywhere - even on the front lawn facing the lake within 50 <br /> feet of the lakeshore. <br /> Needless to say, we are quite annoyed with this situation.
