The plan is dated 10-18-11. We <br /> have the following comments with regards to engineering matters: <br /> • The driveway was constructed significantly different than the approved plan in the turnaround area. <br /> This does not affect drainage, but the city may want to revisit hardcover calculations. <br /> • The lake side swale at elevation 940 must drain to the low point west of the home as shown in the <br /> approved grading plan.
