Your options are as follows: <br /> • Relocate the shed to a conforming location; <br /> • Removed the shed from the property; or <br /> • Apply for a variance <br /> The property was inspected on March 11, 2013 and to-date the shed remains in the same <br /> location without proper permits. The variance application deadline is Wednesday, <br /> March 20, 2013 at Noon. The shed must be moved to a conforming location, removed from the <br /> property or a complete variance application submitted by March 20, 2013.
