As the owner of the adjacent property at 3090 North <br /> Shore Drive (the neighbor with the closest property to the new shed) I <br /> have no objections to the addition. I believe the placement of the shed <br /> within the property is well thought out. The shed is approximately 11 feet <br /> from my property line and is of reasonable size.
