You can clearly see the wall in question. You can also see that the house <br /> shown is the home that was torn down. <br /> In the last shot, you can see the existing hedge that covers the wall. It appears that the hedge had been <br /> trimmed significantly when the aerial shots were taken, luckily! This hedge, and snow cover is why the <br /> surveyor did not note the wall on the existing conditions survey.
