Our consulting engineer visited the site; please see his <br /> comments below. <br /> The retaining wall on the east side of the property does not meet setbacks and must be removed. Also there appears to <br /> be changes in the hardcover, i.e.the flagstone walks which are not on the original, approved plan and do not appear to <br /> be reflected in the hardcover calculations on the survey. Please have the surveyor prepare as-built hardcover <br /> calculations using our hardcover calculation worksheet, copy attached, properly identifying all hardcover on-site. <br /> 3 <br />
