Certificate of survey. The survey submitted with the permit is dated 05/22/12 and includes hand-drawn <br /> changes. The most recent survey submitted for the variance application has a revision date of 06/04/12, yet <br /> does not reflect the hand-drawn change to the building orientation. Please submit a revised survey meeting our <br /> survey requirements (attached) in order for our review to continue. The exception to the survey requirements, <br /> based on an email from Mike Gaffron in my office, is that topography for the entire property is not necessary. <br /> We only will require topography and proposed grading in the area of the proposed building provided there is <br /> enough detail to reflect how the building will fit into the surrounding topography. <br /> 2. Hardcover Calculations. As you may or may not be aware, this fall the City adopted new hardcover <br /> regulations. Please have your surveyor submit the hardcover calculations based on the attached worksheets. <br /> According to the Stormwater Quality Overlay District map this property is considered a Tier 1 property and is <br /> limited to 25% hardcover. <br /> 3. Escrow Agreement& Escrow. The building permit application requires submittal of a $2500 escrow for <br /> erosion control and grading plan review purposes. Please fir�d attached an escrow agreement prepared for the <br /> property owner's signature. This must be signed and submitted with $2500 escrow at or prior to the building <br /> permit issuance. <br /> 4. Resolution.
