A building permit was issued on 1/15/2013 for <br /> construction of the shed (building permit application attached). When our inspector visited the property <br /> yesterday for an inspection he noted significant land alterations occurring without a permit. I have attached a <br /> copy of the survey submitted with the building permit application in January 2013 showing the project area and <br /> I've also noted the area that was re-graded without a permit. In an effort to save the applicant money, <br /> topography was not shown over the entire site, just the area of the new project. <br /> Melanie and I met with the contractor yesterday, who was told to install silt fence immediately, obtain a survey <br /> showing pre-existing grades and proposed grades along with calculations of the amount of earth movement. <br /> I hope you understand all this.
