The proposed use of the accessory structure with p:�.�=nb:�� will not be <br /> detrimzntal to the residential character of the neighbor'=ooc_ <br /> b. The plumbing fixtures proposed are in keepin�with t�: inr_uded use of the <br /> accessory structure. <br /> c. The property size and building location are sufficient to::Io�.=.�the conditional <br /> use permit to be granted. <br /> d. The CUP should be subj ect to the standard"Plumbinj in�cccssc�ry Structure" <br /> conditions. <br /> e. The installation of a kitchenette in the structure would��t b= appropriate as <br /> that�vould make the building easily functional as a gue_.noL�e for which the <br /> the property does not qualify. <br /> f.
