Christine Mattson
From: Christine Mattson
Sent: Wednesday, November 30, 2011 1:21 PM
To: 'mreasylivin1 @juno.com'
Cc: Melanie Curtis
Subject: Violation Compliance at 3536 Lyric Avenue
Chuck,
Melanie and I performed a site inspection at your property yesterday afternoon. The yard shows a lot of improvement,
thank you. As we discussed with you at a previous visit, in order to extend additional time for you to resolve the vehicles in
violation the remaining miscellaneous materials (scrap metal, auto parts, tires, and junk and debris) must be removed
from the property or stored in an enclosed structure. We've been pretty lucky with the weather this fall and we have not
had significant snow, yet. However, the snow will inevitably show up and hinder further clean-up efforts. We will allow
one additional week for you to remove the remaining items stored outside.
Your property will be re-inspected next week on Tuesday. If junk and debris remain in exterior storage at that time, this
matter will be forwarded to our attorney. Please contact me with any questions.
Thank you,
Christine Mattson
Planning Assistant
City of Orono
2750 Kelly Parkway Orono MN 55356 (physical addressJ
PO Box 66 Crystal Bay MN 55323-0066 (mailing addressJ
`1' 952.249.4620 952.249.4616
 cmattson@ci.orono.mn.us , www.ci.orono.mn.us
Office Hours: Monday- Friday 8 am to 4:30 pm
OUR OFFICE WILL BE CLOSED: Monday, December 26, 2011 (in observance of ChristmasJ and
Monday,January 2, 2012 (in observance of New YearsJ
i
