Attached is a formal complaint prepared for the above address. <br /> According to my site visit and conversation with Mr. Henke on December 8, 2011, I made it clear to him <br /> that we appreciate the progress he has made on the site, but unfortunately, the site remains in <br /> violation. We discussed his need to clean the yard of junk and debris and we would have extended time <br /> for removal/compliance of vehictes and special mobile equipment on the site until Spring, had he <br /> complied with the miscellaneous item clean-up as I requested. Mr. Henke is aware we were forwarding <br /> his case to the City attorney.
