A copy of my summons is attached. As we discussed, I recommend serving the notice as required in your City Code. If there is no specific guidance on serving notice in your code, I tend to go with the more is better theory, especially with a guy like Henke. So for example, serve both in person and by certified mail or other additional means. There should be no Fourth Amendment violation with a police officer walking up to Henke's front door to serve the notice on him. Let me know if you have any other questions. Ryan 1
