As required in Section 78-624 (2) Assisted living facilities are a conditional use in the <br />RPUD zoning district. The Council finds, in the review of the standards for granting a <br />Conditional Use: <br />1) Consistent with the community management plan; The Community <br />Management plan maps the site for office use.
