Staff conducted a <br /> preliminary review based on the information provided and recommends the following items be submitted or revised in <br /> order for your application to be considered complete and for the plan review to continue: <br /> 1. Certiflcate of Survey. Our engineer has reviewed the survey and has the following comments: <br /> a. The Certificate of Survey should be revised to indicate perimeter erosion control measures(silt fence, <br /> bio logs,etc.)down gradient from proposed work. Measures must be installed by the Contractor and <br /> inspected by the City prior to any work. Contractor must provide a minimum 24 hour notice prior to <br /> inspection. Note: The cover sheet refers to the SWPPP plan but the sheets were not included in the <br /> packet provided. In lieu of updating the survey to show erosion control,provide two full-size copies <br /> of the SWPPP. <br /> b. The surveys submitted are not to scale. Please provide two copies of full-size,scalable surveys. <br /> 2. Landscape Plan. Prior to the issuance of the building permit a landscape plan must be submitted showing all <br /> the proposed exterior/landscaping improvements,i.e.patios,grading,sidewalks,retaining walls,etc. The plan <br /> should include the name of the individual perForming the work.
