� . - Sec.13.04 RIGFiTS OF STIBJECTS OF DATa Subd. 1. Type of data. The righcs of individual on whom the data is stored or to be stnred shall be as se[forth ia this secdon. ' Subd.2. Upon requesc to a respansible auchoriry,an individual shall be informed whe�her he is the subjecc � of scored data on individuais,and whe�he�ic is ctass�ed as public,private or conFdenaal. Upon his fucther request,aa individual who is the subjecc of stored private or public dara on individuals shall be shown che dara wichout any charge to tim and;if he desires,shall be infocmed of the content and meaning of that data. Aher an individuai has baen shown che priva�e data and informed of iu meaaing,the data need not be disctosed ro him for six moncku chereaite�unless a dispute or acdon pursuanc to�his secdon is pznding or addiaonal daca oa�he individual has been collected or created. The responsible authoriry may require the nquesring person to pay the accual coscs of making,cecrifying,and compiling the copies. The responsible authoriry shall comply immediately,if possible,wich any nquest made pursuant to this subdivision,or wichin five days of the date of che requut,ezciuding Saturdays,Sundays and legal holidays,if immedia�e compliance is not possible. If he cannat comply with the requesc witttin that tirae,he shaU so inform the individual,and may have an addiaoaal five days within which co comply wich�he request,eaciuding Saturdays, Sundays and legal holidays. - Subd.4.
