<br /> WHEREAS Grantor desires that a portion of the above described
<br /> land be subject to a restrictive cover�ant as set forth in detail herein-
<br /> af ter, all for the benefit of the Grantor and the Grantee, and
<br /> WHEREAS, Grantor does not intend that the public should
<br /> have any interest in the ahove land by virtue of this indenture or
<br /> atheYwise, except as hereinafter set forth,

<br /> receipt whereof by the Grantor is hereby acknow� edged, the
<br /> Grantor does hereby grant, bargain, sell and convey unto the
<br /> Grantee the negative covenant to restrict Crantor, its
<br /> suc:cessors and assigns , to limit and preclude the use of the above

<br /> upon or above the Affected Lands except for those structures
<br /> in existence on the date of this indentura, or structures
<br /> which replace the existing structures , or those new structures
<br /> shown as Exhibits A, B, and C attached for which the City
<br /> Council on June 29 , 1978, granted a conditional use permit.
<br /> In addition to any other redmedy the Grantee rnay have, the
<br /> covenants and restrictions herein may be enforced by
<br /> injunctian.
<br /> The provisions of this restrictivo covenant shall run
<br /> with the land and shall extend to and bind the heirs , successors ,
