On May 27, 1997, the Orono City Council granted a conditional use permit to the <br /> Lake Minnetonka Environmental School. <br /> CONCLUSIONS, ORDER AND CONDITIONS <br /> Based upon one or more of the above findings, the Orono City Council concludes <br /> that the tipi may be allowed as an accessory structure as a subordinate use in conjunction with <br /> the Kid's Art School, and hereby grants an amendment to the conditional use permit for the <br /> Lake Minnetonka Environmental School, per Municipal Zoning Code, Section 10.20, <br /> Subdivision 3, subject to the following conditions: <br /> 1. The tipi is an accessory structure subordinate to the principal use of the structure <br /> by Lake Minnetonka Environmental School and its tenant, Kid's Art School. <br /> 2. The tipi shall be allowed for use as an accessory use for twelve (12) months or <br /> less, beginning October 27, 1998. <br /> 3. The tipi shall be located within the approved setbacks as shown in Exhibit A. <br /> 4. Authorities granted by this resolution are permissive only and must be exercised <br /> by application for a building permit within one year of the date of Council <br /> approval or this conditional use permit will expire on that date (October 26, <br /> 1999). <br /> 5. Violation of or non-compliance with any of the terms and conditions of this <br /> resolution shall constitute a violation of the Zoning Code, shall automatically <br /> terminate any authority granted herein, and shall be punishable as a misdemeanor. <br /> 6. The undersigned applicant and Lake Minnetonka Environmental School and its <br /> representatives have read, understood and hereby agrees to the terms of this <br /> resolution and hereby agree to the recording of this resolution in the chain of title <br /> on the property. <br /> Page 2 of 5 <br />
